With thanks to ALL our Sing For Earth Special Guests.
Our shared aims were for the Sing For Earth series to provide
a place of connection and well being support during the challenges faced by many people throughout the Pandemic lockdowns.
We continue to share creative practices to strengthen individual and community resilience through
the power of song, music and movement.
We draw on practices from The Work That Reconnects acknowledging grief and cultivating gratitude.
We plant seeds of gratitude as one of the 'Gratitude Practices' which is an effective therapeutic way of enhancing wellbeing, and improving mental health.
