WELCOME!
Sing For Earth Day is a creative and regenerative initiative to mark Earth Day each year on April 22nd.
Sing For Earth Day gatherings take place each year across the UK and beyond, with groups gathering in their local communities to share song, live music, embodiment practices, nature connection and dance.
We draw practices from The Work That Reconnects,
advocate for environmental movements, raise awareness of current
Global and Local issues and raise funds for organisations
making a positive difference.
Our work aims to nurture connections both locally and Globally, and to engage with the complex
intersectional issues of the global climate crisis we are currently navigating.
We hold a Glocal focus - Local and Global and provide opportunities for people to come together to experience the unifying and uplifting power of participatory song, music, and dance.
Our work aims to strengthen resilience and nurture care based connection in these urgent times, whilst raising awareness and funds for organisations who are making a positive difference both locally and globally.
This year we are raising awareness and funds for:
The Global Diversity Foundation
who we worked in partnership with in 2022.
Last year in 2023 we supported GARN:
The Global Alliance for the Rights of Nature
Our 2024 theme is:
'Reciprocity'
