Through nature based mindful practices, and deep listening in nature as natue we will be exploring, uncovering and re discovering our creative bodies and voices - This is an pportunity to work intimately in a beautoful wild place and to deepn into the embodied sound practices. We will be practcicing some collective vocal improvisation techniques as well as having some solo time to co create simple songlets and chants inspired by nature
The 2022 theme of our connection to Ancestral Lands and what that means to you and to us collectively will be woven through
These participatory events were due to take place around the Country to mark Earth Day's 50th birthday and
as a personal Pilgrimage for Liz's 50th birthday in the same week.
They will still go ahead later in the year when we can physically gather. Dates tbc.
The intention is to mark this time of Covid 19 as an initiation phase of our evolution as people.
We invite people to actively engage and participate in a creative based experiential process using Resonance practices and The Work That Reconnects, to help cultivate healthy culture.
We Are All Seeds events actively support Earth Protector Communities-
a sister charity set up to support The Stop Ecocide Campaign.
Coming to a town near you soon.
The weekend -We Are All Seeds :
Day 1- Creating the holding container:
An experiential day of creative based practices using The Work That Reconnects spiral
-infused with song, movement and nature tending ceremony.
With grief and gratitude held at the heart of the process, we will explore our thoughts and feelings through a variety of creative practices in preparation for the Pilgrimage.
Day 2- Nature Immersion :
We will gather outdoors and walk from one place to another with mindful walking, soul full song,
drumming, movement and nature tending ceremony.
As part of the journey we will make a 'grief cairn' to all we have lost and a
'nest of gratitude' - both as heart full creative offerings to the land and to all species.
We will gather in areas of natural beauty and on ancient sacred sites where possible.
Would you like to help organise and co host one in your area?
Or get involved in contributing as a community leader, artist or facilitator?
We invite artists, singers, movers, performers, community choirs, musicians, story tellers,
and poets to bring your creative gifts to these events.
Several events are being planned already and will be taking place at stone circles,
on beaches, in ancient woodland and near burial chambers.
We will be keeping you updated here as dates and sites are
being confirmed this Spring.
Each event is held with the intention of nature tending and deep listening to nature as our guide.
To re-member ourselves as a people is the deep call of our times and through the healing arts we can reconnect to our innate human state.
At the heart of the experience are two aspects: Grief and Gratitude.
Grief - our collective grieving for the lost species and the destruction of life currently happening.
Gratitude-cultivating our collective gratitude and deep love for all life.
Each event is an act of great love in action and will be a deep exploration of
creative reciprocity in practice- giving and receiving- humans and non humans.
For the land and from the land.
We hope that you can join us as we focus on co creating a regenerative and restorative
culture for the sake of our future generations.
Being the change we want to see in the world - starting in our local communities.
In loving memory of Polly Higgins.
**Polly was one of the main inspirations for this initiative
It came to Liz as an idea in a meeting with Polly, Clare and Gail in Sept 2018 in Stroud.
